Coverage and Overlap
For optimum performance of the Newton System, there’s a simple way to calculate how many Gateways are needed depending on the store area.
A single Newton gateway can cover a radius of up to 30 meters.
2,800 sq meters = 1 Newton Gateway + Overlap*
(Overlap refers to the intersection between the coverage of multiple Gateways to ensure that all ESLs are covered)
Over 80 Available RF Channel
Newton Protocol has about 80 available RF channel which gives much easier CH setting environment.
Also Newton Auto Channel Selection function gives a CH hopping capability when there is a collision between unexpected WIFI interference to make sure the CH for Newton Gateway is always on the clean/free CH.
