Welcome to Store.com. Store.com website and mobile site are collectively referred to as the “Store Properties,” and each individually as a “Store Property.” By using any Solum Property to purchase services, products, or software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). You also accept the Terms when you create an account, make a purchase as a guest, or log in to any Solum Property.
Additional or separate terms may apply to your use of individual services or features available on a Store Property. To the extent that the provisions of any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will govern.
References to “Solum,” “our,” “we,” or “us” may refer to Solum Co., Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and designees. We may make changes to any Store Property and these Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms for updates. If you do not agree with the Terms, you should not use the Store Properties.

Your use of the Solum Properties is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to learn more on how we collect and use information.
Information on our site
We strive for accuracy in the information presented on Store Properties. While we make reasonable efforts to display the attributes of the products we sell, including Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice, and availability may vary.
If an item you order is unavailable, or if there is a pricing error, we may cancel your order or contact you for further instructions. Your order is not confirmed until we check the stock availability and send you an order confirmation.
B2B and B2C Purchase Terms
Solum offers products and services to both businesses and individual consumers. Depending on the type of customer (B2B or B2C), certain additional terms may apply as outlined below.
For B2B Partners:

Pre-Partners : A Pre-Partner is a business or entity that has initiated the process of establishing a partnership with Solum but has not yet completed all required verification and approval steps. While Pre-Partners may access certain Solum products and services, they are not eligible for specific benefits such as extended payment terms or special pricing until they achieve Authorized Partner status. During the Pre-Partner phase, they are able to purchase package products, starter kits, and individual products.

Certified Partner : An Authorized Partner is a business or entity that has completed all required verification and approval processes and has been granted full partner status with Solum. Authorized Partners are eligible for additional benefits, including access to extended payment terms, bulk order discounts, and other services or resources that may be made available exclusively to them.
For B2C Customers:

Individual Orders: Consumers can purchase ESLs and other products for personal or small business use. Standard pricing and payment options apply.

Return Policy: Returns for individual customers must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery. Full refunds may be issued if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Restocking fees may apply for opened items.
Warranty and Product Support
Solum offers a one-year limited warranty for defects on battery and two-year warranty in digital tags for our ESL products, regardless of whether they are purchased by businesses or individual consumers as long as the order has been placed through Store.com. This warranty covers malfunctions that occur under normal use according to our product guidelines.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Issues arising from failure to maintain the product according to the operating guidelines.

Returns for ESL products must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and certain fees may apply for opened or installed products.
Paying for Your Order
For both B2B partners and B2C customers, we will charge your payment method upon order confirmation. No payment terms are offered to general customers, such as logged-in users or pre-partners.
Order Confirmation
Solum's confirmation of your order does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at any time for any reason. If we cancel part of your order after you’ve been charged, we will issue a full refund for the canceled portion.
Proprietary Rights
All content on Solum Properties, including software, images, and materials (collectively “Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Content without express written permission from Solum or the respective copyright holder.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Some Solum products, including ESLs, may integrate with third-party services such as Point-of-Sale (POS) systems through providers. Solum is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software or systems unless explicitly stated in our agreement with you.
Solum is not liable for any issues or damages caused by third-party integrations unless explicitly covered under a written agreement. Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility and proper use of third-party software or systems integrated with Solum products.
User Reviews and Content
You may interact with Solum Properties through reviews, comments, and other user-generated content. By submitting content, you grant Solum a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your submissions globally. Ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you share.
Product Installation and Use
Proper installation and maintenance of our ESL products are critical for optimal performance. Customers, both businesses and individuals, are responsible for ensuring correct installation based on our [Installation Guidelines]. Solum is not liable for damages arising from improper installation or use outside our recommendations.
Security and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately to [email protected]
Data Protection and System Integrity
Solum is committed to safeguarding any data transmitted through our ESL systems, including pricing and inventory information. However, Solum will not be liable for unauthorized access or breaches unless caused by our gross negligence.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes related to your use of Solum Properties or purchases must be resolved through individual arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court or intellectual property disputes. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, and all parties are responsible for their legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
You and Solum agree that any claims will be brought on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action or similar proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the state of [New Jersey], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Termination of Use
Solum may terminate your access to the Solum Properties at any time, with or without cause. You remain responsible for any orders placed or charges incurred prior to termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notification on our website. Continued use of Solum Properties following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Use of the Solum Properties.
You may use the Solum Properties for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not use any Solum Property if you are under the age of 18. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use the Solum Properties only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
